It is styled to integrate well with other Apple products, but does not reach Apple's level of quality. For example, whereas the Apple wireless keyboard is very sturdy and constructed from aluminum, this keyboard is all plastic and somewhat flimsy. Still, it gets the job done.The actual size of the keyboard layout is the same as the Apple wireless keyboard (e.g, the distance between the outer edge of the caps lock key to the outer edge of the return key). However, the keys on this keyboard are a bit smaller so there is more space between keys. I find this easier to type on.I actually prefer the tactile feedback from the keys on this keyboard over the Apple wireless keyboard.
I think there is a little more travel distance on this keyboard.Like the Apple wireless keyboard, this keyboard always seems to be awake and ready for input, unlike some other keyboards which sleep after some time. The primary drawback is that there is no indicator light for the caps lock key. This does not bother me too much, and I downloaded a $2 app from the Appstore (Capters) that gives a caps lock indication.I also do not like the USB wireless dongle that this keyboard uses. While it works about as smoothly as Bluetooth, I don't like that I have to have it in a USB port at all times. I use this keyboard in connection with a Macbook Air that is connected to an Apple Cinema Display. I keep the dongle in one of the USB ports on the display. It is very low profile, but I do think it detracts from the elegance of the display.
